Get. Give. Change.
By purchasing a pair of Anthropose eyewear you help provide free cataract surgery in rural Nepal. For every 10 pair of eyewear sold, Anthropose collects enough funds to provide a free cataract surgery. This year, Anthropose plans to provide 600 cataract surgeries.
Why #WhatTheFuzz ?
#WhatTheFuzz is an awareness campaign initiated by Anthropose to address the prevalance of cataract induced blindness in Nepal despite the availability of world-class eye care service. The root cause for cataract induced blindness in Nepal is ‘Poverty’ and ‘Lack of Awareness.’
With #WhatTheFuzz campaign we aim to provide solution to the identified root cause of ‘Poverty’ by collecting funds by selling Anthropose sunglasses and accepting direct donation to our giving partner, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology and help provide life changing cataract surgeries.
By promoting and challenging people with #WhatTheFuzz challenge, our aim is to aware people about the existence of cataract and the difficulties a person endures when affected by cataract.
Our simple action can have a life impacting difference in other people’s lives. This is our attempt to make that change. Be a part of the change.
